Open to the World

Until today, I never realized just how popular my webpage is. For the first time in a long time, I have looked at the log files for my webpage. It seems like I get several visitors everyday and that these visitors look at every tiny little personal detail I have laid out on the page without telling me anything about themselves. This seems like an unfair trade and makes me feel vulnerable. But hey, I am the one who decided to make this page and to lay out all this information about myself.

Things I found interesting about the users that come to my webpage:

• they come primarily from four search engines: Google, MSN, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves and Emerald Shield.
• they come from tons of countries, and while the heaviest users tend to be my friends, the majority of users are people who I have never met or known.
• Since I put Christmas midis up on my website tons of people have put my website as a link in their blogs and the site has even appeared on the front page of a popular Korean web portal.
• The five most popular searches that brought people to my webpage are:
  • "BCs Hottest Girl"
  • Christmas Midis
  • Auld Lang
  • Acorn Delridge
  • Brackendale Eagles

I will be keeping an eye on web use of this site, and if anything really interesting happens I will let you know. The webpage may change a bit now that i know so many people come to look at it.
